I am an editor of CNN Interactive English, a Taiwan-based monthly magazine with CNN authorizing their news program to be published in our magazine. CNN Interactive English aims to provide people in Taiwan news material to learn English.

As for the mouth, we used SFX wax, blue latex, and fake nails painted yellow for teeth. The wax was adhered to the teeth with Spirit Gum. You can do the entire look with paint, too, if you don’t want to work with all the crazy makeup. It might be a tad easier on a 10-year-olds skin.
