Another shotgun update to say that I’ve added images from a not-so-recent photoshoot (I just got around to posing them!) to my modeling gallery.
The shoot was conceptualized my makeup artist Corrie Sorensen and shot by Phil Leisenheime. Our theme was obviously Dead of the Dead, and I am immensely happy with how the images turned out. Corrie did a fantastic job on my makeup and hair, and since the focus was to capture beauty shots, I didn’t need to fuss over my wardrobe! A big change from my cosplay shoots!
I did the post-production work to make the shots feel old and weathered, and think the effect adds character to an already awesome idea.
Check out the gallery below. Enjoy!

Wow, that’s really cool. I’m half-mexican, and it’s always cool to see people honoring some my culture’s traditions, even when I don’t always so it myself.
That last photo is the best. Great use of the eyes in that one. Love it!!
Thank you! The whole presentation for Day of the Dead is amazing. I’m glad I got to pay tribute to it in some photos
These came out fantastically, Meagan! I’m also a big fan of Dia de los Muertos themed art and you really captured it. Have you thought about selling these as prints?
That would be awesome Lita, but I would have to figure out profits with the photographer and makeup artist. May be worth talking to them about it though! Glad you like them!
These photos are really wonderful. I love your cosplay, and these themed photoshoots just makes you even more wonderful. the make-up is terrific and the pics are great and terrific modeling. Well done by everyone involved.
Thank you Chris!
